Robert Downey Jr. recently took on the interview circuit to promote Iron Man 2 and in doing so talked a little bit about the upcoming Avengers film.
He didn’t confirm his participation in The Avengers just yet. “I don’t know,” he said. “I try not to think about that stuff, because everything changes in success, and everything changes in lack of success.”
When asked if Tony Stark/Iron Man will take orders from Chris Evans’ Captain America, Downey said “I’ll clown all of them. I’ll just clown those fools.”
Downey also has confirmed he did visit the set of Thor as a bit of a “Marvel ambassador.”

What is Avengersite?
After years of spending time in the DC Universe with KryptonSite, we felt it was time to visit the Marvel Universe for a bit, and its growing world of movies. No copyright infringement is intended here; if you are with Marvel or the studio and want something changed or removed, contact the site.
The Latino Review website snagged a peek at the Destroyer from the upcoming Thor film…
…until Paramount filed a DMCA complaint and had it removed. It still can, however, be seen at sites like Screenrant, until that picture is taken down as well. With respect to the studios, and not wanting this still-very-new site to be the target of legal action, we’re not reposting the image until it is officially released.
This very tall being is sent by Loki to destroy Thor. If it’s a sign of the production design for the movie, this could prove to be very cool.
