Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye Will Appear In Thor
TheWrap.com is reporting that an individual who has seen an early cut of Marvel’s Thor movie has confirmed that the Avengers’ archer, Hawkeye, as played by Jeremy Renner, does indeed have a cameo appearance in the film.
The actor and studio had denied this was happening in the past.

Jeremy Renner Talks Hawkeye
MTV News caught up with actor Jeremy Renner, who talked about the Hawkeye character and why we might not be seeing him wearing a purple outfit.
“I think it’s going to be a little more reality-based,” he said. “You can kind of tell with Scarlett [Johansson]‘s character [in 'Iron Man 2'], it’s going to be more of a uniform . . . and not a big purple, comics sort of thing.”
“That’s why I think it’s more palatable to audiences — there’s almost a sense of reality to these superheroes,” he explained. “That’s what makes it interesting to me, anyway.”

Avengers Movie Casting Confirmed
Lots of news to come from Comic-Con (a lot you can read at sites like Newsarama), but the big news is that two actors who have been rumored for the film have now been confirmed!
Jeremy Renner will indeed be playing Hawkeye and Mark Ruffalo is Bruce Banner, aka the Hulk.
